Ingredients
- 500gms lean mince
- 1/2 cup raw rice
- 1 finely diced onion
- salt & pepper
- 2 table spoons red wine
- 1 teaspoons worstershire sauce
- 1 table spoon mixed herbs
- 1 tin of Rozella tomato soup
- 1 soup tin of water
Method
- Combine all but soup and water and make into meatballs.
- Lay them in a large saucepan, trying not to let them touch eachother. Mix the tomato soup and water and pour over them.
- Simmer covered for 40min, occaisonally nudging the meatballs so that they don't stick.
- After 40min, simmer uncovered to reduce, if necessary.
